Dr. Tom Fastiggi’s journey to practicing chiropractic came as a result of a his own spinal injury, sustained in an automobile accident 30 years ago. His healing experience led him to end his career in finance and earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the world’s premier chiropractic school and first chiropractic university, Life University, in Atlanta, GA.

After graduation, Dr. Fastiggi spent his first year providing care at one of the busiest chiropractic practices in Connecticut, seeing more than 300 patients per week. This valuable experience taught him that this was not the kind of chiropractic care he wanted to provide. He knew he would spend more time with patients, allowing to provide the kind of personalized focused care to deliver better long-term outcomes. So in 1999, Dr. Fastiggi opened his own practice in Stamford CT which he eventually moved to Wilton. Dr. Fastiggi has been practicing in Wilton now for 8 years.
